Shipping

All domestic orders ship free of charge and take an estimated 3-5 business days to arrive. You have the option to expedite your shipping at checkout for a cost.

Each product order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. 

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We are not able to ship to P.O. box addresses and cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at info@emeraldbeachwear.net. Note: We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful deliver to the order address.

Incorrect/Damaged Orders

Our swimwear has gone through the highest standard quality control therefore it is highly unlikely that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrive damaged, however in this event please immediately contact Customer Service at info@emeraldbeachwear.net.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Emerald Beachwear has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.


WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Emerald Beachwear. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
